Looks delicious! And no flour, which is great. I'm trying it too, although we have no snow in western Oregon right now.

You do, however, have Not Bread (https://www.not-bread.com/), though maybe western OR is a stretch. We got almost a foot in St. Louis, and schools are still closed. I didn't have much in the way of seeds, so we settled for banana bread with this super-forgivable recipe. In order: 1 egg, ~1 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt & cinnamon, 1/4 c. butter or neutral oil, 3-4 ripe bananas, 1 t. baking soda, 1 1/2 c. flour. Bake at 350 for at least an hour. I've made any number of variations over the years; these days I use BRM GF flour, 3/4 c. sugar, and top with nuts (my half/third) and choc. chips for the boys.
