Recommendation: A good pen is not hard to find

In a world of endless bad news, let’s celebrate the small pleasures. One of those is a really good pen. Me, I like a gel point, extra fine. I have no idea how this pen showed up on my desk but now that it has, I’ve ordered a bunch. (Okay, not from Muji, who makes them, because they are too expensive for a large order, but from an unnamed evil corporation that destroyed the Washington Post.)

Behold the Muji Smooth Gel Ink Ballpoint Knock Pen 0.3 mm.

Writes like a dream.

I also love this retractable gel point pen with kitties, but it seems to only be available from dubious sources, too. I apologize for my Temu problem.
